Sanket is a purposefully transformational leader who embraces agility and entrepreneurial mindsets, empowering the teams he leads to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation. His unwavering passion for the patient has enabled Sanket to create breakthrough support programs and provided patients in need access to Otsuka’s portfolio of products.

Since joining Otsuka in 2010, Sanket has held several roles that directly contributed to company growth. Across his tenure he established Otsuka’s market access organization, helped to launch multiple commercial products, built out an innovative specialty pharmacy network, and revamped the patient support group to truly infuse patient-centricity at its core.

In a newly created role, Sanket now oversees Otsuka’s dynamic digital health business, where he will lead the growth and holistic integration of the company’s innovative work in this rapidly changing space. He leverages his depth of experience to combine technology with a patient-centric philosophy, transforming and scaling the solutions Otsuka brings to market.

Prior to joining Otsuka, Sanket has had global experience spanning industries, and has held several leadership roles and management positions at consulting and pharmaceutical companies such as Arthur Anderson, Johnson & Johnson and Schering. He holds an MBA from Rutgers University.
