As a future-focused leader, Kevin spearheads Otsuka’s commitment to a culture of integrity, ensuring this vision is shared and owned by every Otsuka-person, regardless of role, title or responsibility. He protects the health and safety of our patients through oversight of Otsuka’s U.S. compliance efforts, developing training, policies, SOPs, and communications that meet regulatory requirements across all functions. Bringing together diversity of thought and transparent leadership, Kevin enables teams to make bold decisions while mitigating risk.

Prior to joining Otsuka, Kevin was a senior associate at Arnold & Porter LLP. He was twice named to the Washington, DC Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” List, and his articles regarding health and wellness mobile applications were featured in such publications as Law360 and Millennial Eye. He has built his career on a common thread of leading with humility and compassion—recognizing that the people and communities we serve must remain at the center of our focus.

Kevin earned his JD from Howard University School of Law, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is a member of the California Bar and the DC Bar, and he previously served a three-year term on the DC Bar Pro Bono Committee.
